All of our acrylic products come with as much protective "anti-scratch" film on as we can allow through the manufacturing process, which means that when you receive our products you will need to remove this.

And don't forget that when you clean acrylic do not use any abrasive cleaners, just use a damp cloth, this will remove any static charge and any dust on the product.
All of our displays are manufactured to order, this cures the age old issue of damaged stock when sitting on a shelf or being moved from shelf to shelf.
This enables us the set up QC checks on every aspect of your order and despatch 7 - 10 working days later.
Hence giving you a product second to none.

1.1 Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just follow the instructions below:

1. Add your chosen items the shopping basket.

2. Proceed to select your shipping option from the drop down bar.

3. Continue to the Checkout.

4. You will be required to fill out your Billing Information and then the Delivery Information. Please make sure correct information is provided, any inaccuracies in address should be notified immediately once order confirmation is received, as once an order has been despatched, Acrylic POS Displays cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to incorrect delivery address.

5. If delivery is required to the Billing Address, there is an option to copy over the details.

6. If Delivery is to a different address, please enter this separate address in the Delivery Information Section. Please make sure correct information is provided, any inaccuracies in address should be notified immediately once order confirmation is received, as once an order has been despatched, Acrylic POS Displays cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to incorrect delivery address.


7. At the bottom of the page, you will have a two buttons:

A)"Pay by Acrylic POS Displays"

B) Pay by Cheque.

8. Once you have selected your option of payment, click on the button selected and follow the instructions.

9. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox, this will detail your order along with your individual RC order reference.

10. Once your order is ready for despatch, Acrylic POS Displays will issue an email stating despatch information.

1.2 Cancellation of an order

You can cancel the goods within 7 working days of placement of an Internet order. However we will calculate the cost of the materials and any stages of manufacture and deduct this from your original order value.

If your order has been despatched and you need to return it we regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please ensure when returning an item that it is returned in it's original packaging, that the products are unused and all contents are included.

1.3 Return of Unwanted Goods

Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense.

The purchase price will be refunded once the unwanted item has been received and processed. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery or obtain a Certificate of Posting , as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

Please ensure when returning an item that it is returned in it's original packaging and all contents are included, if the item is in a blister pack (clear plastic sealed around the edge) please make sure it has not been opened as we can not re-sell it therefore the item cannot be returned.

We can not accept any items without the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Once returned items have been received at Acrylic POS Displays, we will email to confirm receipt.


1.4 Return of Faulty Goods - Exchange for Faulty Goods

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us within 2 working days either by phone or email.

We will replace the item free of charge.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate when returning any part of your order, as you are responsible for returning the goods to us.

Please ensure when returning an item that it is returned in it's original packaging and all contents are included.

We can not accept any items without the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Once the returned items have been received at Acrylic POS Displays, we will email to confirm receipt.

For replacements, we will issue a replacement product upon receipt of the item being returned by the customer to Acrylic POS Displays. All documentation that the item came with will need to be enclosed along with original packaging.

1.5 Free Delivery

"Free delivery on single orders of £225 or more" which means any orders placed to the value of £225 prior to any delivery charges added will qualify for the delivery. Unfortunately, we can only offer this service the UK Mainland Only, this does not include Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles or International Deliveries.

Delivery will either by City Link Courier, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Where "Free Delivery" is available, please note, that if two attempts at delivery are failed attempts (where parcel not delivered), a Delivery Charge will apply for a 3rd attempt at delivering goods. This applies to any subsequent requests for re-delivery of an order.

If an order is requested to be cancelled after 2 failed delivery attempts, the refund will be less the delivery charge for returning goods to Acrylic POS Displays & less the intial delivery charge incurred for Acrylic POS Displays to despatch goods.




1.6 Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is by City Link Couriers.

All City Link parcels will require a signature on delivery.

If a parcel is too heavy to send by City Link Couriers, Acrylic POS Displays will email to inform the Customer that delivery will be via another method (an additional charge my apply).


1.7 Courier Delivery or Special Next Day Delivery

City Link are who we use for our courier deliveries.

City Link is available to UK Mainland Only, a surcharge may apply if selected for Highlands of Scotland or Scottish Isles. Acrylic POS Displays will inform the Customer if this option is selected, via email.

Courier Deliveries will require a signature on receipt of parcel/s.

Please make sure when completing delivery information, that you detail an address where you will be able to take delivery, this is to avoid re-delivery charges.

1.8 International Delivery

Please email for a shipping quote prior to ordering.



1.9 Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, Channel Isles & Scottish Isles Delivery

Please email prior to ordering, as some heavier items will need to be quoted for shipping.


2.0 Delayed Delivery

Where parcels may have been delayed less than 7 working days from despatch, please hold tight as it may have been held up by unusual circumstances.

If parcels are delayed for a longer period of time, please bear with us whilst we trace it, as any loss cannot be dealt with by our carriers until at least 15 working days from despatch.




2.1 Delivery/Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all goods within 7 -14 working days, unless otherwise stated in product description, however, we cannot be responsible for the performance of the delivery company or companies which we use.

City Link Courier is a 24 hour from despatch delivery service. We will not be held responsible for the performance of the delivery company.




2.2 Re-Delivery of Goods where applicable

Re-delivery of goods - If the goods are returned to Acrylic POS Displays, then a re-delivery charge will apply or refund of goods less delivery charges will be made.

If goods have 2 failed attempts at being delivered and not successful, a 3rd attempt will incurr further postage costs.

If goods are returned to Acrylic POS Displays and delivery was by Courier, the refund will be less the return delivery charge to us plus the original delivery charge.


2.3 Delivery Damage

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged.




2.4 Discrepancies

Any discrepancies must be reported within 24hours of receiving goods only.




2.5 Pre Orders or Orders in-advance of stock being obtained.

Due to administration costs and direct costs, refunds will be the full purchase price less 15%.

Any pre-order items ordered at the same time as items in stock, will be despatched all together in one parcel once the pre-order item/s are available.




2.6 Offers

We can only hold "Special Offers", "Offers", "gifts" of any "deductions" open for 12 hours from reminder by email, we will automatically despatch the original order (without the "Special Offers", "Offers", "gifts" of any "deductions") 12 hours after the original order was received if no email confirmation has been received within this time frame.



2.7 Delivery Schedule Christmas

Please note, due to the amount of orders processed, despatch may be delayed by 1-2 days.

During December, Acrylic POS Displays issues notices advising customers of last order dates for despatch prior to Christmas, these will appear on our websites and shopping cart.

Orders received through the Christmas period will be despatched in accordance with the Christmas Notices issued on our websites.




2.8 Prices and Delivery Charges.

We will aim to despatch 7-10 days from receipt of order although this is not guarenteed (Monday - Friday and excluding weekends/bank holidays).

From £25.00 to £80.00 the delivery charge is £15.00.
From £80.01 to £225.00 the delivery charge is £8.00.

Orders which total £225.00 and above will be FREE - Acrylic POS Displays will determine the company and method we use for delivery of goods.

For Overseas delivery charges (e.g. The Republic of Ireland) please email with details of the items you wish to purchase and we will provide you with a quote.

Unless otherwise stated. All delivery times are from despatch and can be delayed by volume of orders received.

Multiple items ordered on one order will all be despatched at the same time. This includes pre-orders and in stock orders placed at the same time on one order.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and our product prices at any time, these will reflect our supplier and operating costs.

Quotations for special products to customer requirements are quoted "ex-works", delivery charges will be added on the invoice once the customer has confirmed delivery address and type of delivery required.
